Olive Kiln Estate

Olive Kiln Estate gathers a group of pale limestone buildings around a secluded water court. The composition recalls an agricultural compound without reproducing one: simple monolithic rooms, a monumental vaulted loggia and a sequence of shaded passages that make the estate legible by foot.

The main house contains generous living rooms, a library and four suites. Three additional guest suites occupy independent garden buildings, offering privacy without isolation. A long kitchen opens toward the olive grove, while the vaulted salon remains cool through the brightest part of the day. Dark oak details are used sparingly to sharpen the pale mineral palette.

Eighteen hectares of olive groves, meadow and dry-stone terraces surround the buildings. The productive landscape is supported by a restored cistern system and discreet new irrigation. Interior spaces balance old-world gravity with contemporary clarity: limewashed vaults, travertine, linen and handmade ceramics, all selected for ease rather than spectacle. Olive Kiln is an estate for extended family life, designed to feel settled from its first season.
